I consulted him via Practo on an urgent basis. The doctor seemed to be in a rush, I wasnât heard patiently, he barely spoke to me for a minute & abruptly just ended the diagnosis & sent me a prescription. I donât know if his diagnosis or prescription was okay or not but I didnât feel like he heard me properly so I wouldnât recommend. It was a waste of my money. Doctors need to be more warm & patient.

He asked tell me concern and when I informed my concern he said need physical consultation and left the conversation.

I had horrible throat pain bcz of which I had to consult on practo..even after choosing videocall Doctor called me on Audio..and prescribed medicine.After taking his prescription my pain is worse..would never ever recommend this D
