Later he did his specialization in orthopedic surgery from M.S. Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore which is one of the premier institutes in the country for the same.Dr. Pranjel Pipara is an avid sportsperson himself and this has made him more focused towards the treatment of sports injuries and arthroscopic surgery. To further specialize in the same he traveled to Vienna, Austria where he did his fellowship in "Sports Medicine, Arthroscopic Surgery and Joint Arthroplasty Surgery" at Evangelisches Krankenhaus one of the most advanced centers for the same under the mentorship of Doz Prim Thomas Mullner.
