Nuface Clinic, Delhi Gate

** ******** ** ****** ***** ***********We are having Receipt No.222568 dt 13.5.2023 of my wife Ruchi Goyal treatment in which Rs 4500 were charged and break up is as 500 Consultation fee + 600 X Ray + 2000 for 01 filling + 1400 for 02nd Filling.Dr Pranjali has charged Rs 3400 for two filling and she had replied to my son Shrey and my wife Ruchi Goyal review that only 1500 were charged by her for 2 filling.Dr Pranjali had also replied on my review that I have never visited Nuface Clinic .

This is very strange becoz Ruchi goyal is my wife and I visited to Dr Pranjali's Nuface Clinic three times from 13.5.2023 to 06.06.2023 along with my wife for her treatment.

Previously I visited with my wife 4 years back to Nuface Clinic for normal filling in teeth gap of my wife and Dr Pranjali did it perfectly.Now,in May 2023 my wife filling has been removed and I visited again with my wife on 13.5.2023 for filling.But this time Dr Pranjali behaviour is very rude *** ****************** ** *** ******* **** ***** ***** **** ** *** ***** * **** **** ** * ***** *** **** *** ** *** ****** *** *** ********. I think nobody wants to visit any doctor regularly in his/her life unless and until there is any unusual happened.Dr Pranjali insist for RCT and one should understand that if there is no pain before filling than why should

it occurred after filling and that too lasts for 04 days continuously for full day and night.*** ****** ****** ** ** ******** ** ** ***** *** ************ *** ***** *** ***** ** **** ** ******** *** *** *** ******* ** *** *********** **** ***** *********** *** **** ******* ** *** ************ ****** ** ***** ***** ***** ********* ***** ** ** ** **** ** * ****** ******* **********We went to another Dentist on 17.5.2023 *** **** ****** ******* *** ******* ** ** ******** *** **** ** **** ****** ********* *** *** ** ******* ********* **** **** ********* ** **** *****

When I visited to Dr Pranjali Nuface clinic on 06.06.2023 for getting the answer of these questions and also ask for refund of my amount of Rs 4500 ** *** **** *** ***** ********* ,*** *** ***** ***** **** ****** **** *** **** *********** ****** ** ** ********* *********** **** ***** *** *** **** **** ** ******** ****** ***** ** ********* *********** ****** *** Dr Pranjali and her compounder open the door of their clinic and ordered us to get out of their clinic in insulting way.

Me and my wife came out of her clinic in a very disappointed mood ** ****** **** **** ********* ****** ******** ***** ** ****** *** *** *

I think all of my above clarification with full evidence is enough to

clear the intention of Dr Pranjali

They work with expertise and are friendly towards their patients. The clinic is well maintained and everything is systematic.

I had my RCT done and a minor surgery and I felt satisfied during the entire treatment.

I would surely recommend anyone with any sort of dental problem to visit them and get treated by them.

The experience was indeed very pleasant. Very few doctors can make a patient as comfortable as she did. I took my 2 sons, aged 9 and 3 years, for a dental checkup. Dr. Pranjali was very friendly and spoke to them as a friend. The best part is that my sons are looking forward to their next visit which mostly people dread.

I had a vistit at my dentist in delhi gate where I went for a dental check-up, this place was pretty big and clean and the people who work here are well diciplined and respective to other people and the doctor mr gupta were professional and humble to me.This exprience which I had over here at my dentist was very good and I am even going to tell my family also to go and have a visit.
