When my father was advised to undergo cataract surgery in both eyes, like any family, we were anxious and apprehensive. His right eye surgery was performed on 16th June 2026 and the left eye on 24th July 2026. Both surgeries were smooth, successful, and today he is enjoying clear vision. The “WOW” experience begins the moment you step into the clinic. The reception team makes you feel genuinely welcomed. A special mention for Ms. Asha, the Chief Coordinator, who is simply outstanding. She personally hand-holds patients and their families throughout the entire journey. From explaining every step to making multiple follow-up calls regarding medicine timings, eye drops, precautions, and post-operative care, she ensures that nothing is left to chance. Her warmth, patience, and commitment are remarkable.

Another person who deserves appreciation is the housekeeping staff, affectionately known as “Mami.” Her helpful nature, cheerful attitude, and willingness to assist every patient make the clinic feel more like a caring home than a hospital.

In today’s world, many eye hospitals proudly claim to be the “number one” institute. Unfortunately, some of them have become highly materialistic , where patients often feel like mere case numbers rather than human beings. We visited Max Vision Advanced Eye Care for my mother's eye checkup. On the first day Dr. Yogesh carried out all the necessary investigations & recommended cataract surgery. He explained different packages of cataract surgery and probable post-surgery complications with their expenses openly without any hide and seek to avoid any ambiguity. Also, he suggested pre-surgery health checkups and instructed the precautions patients should take post-surgery and why they are necessary. Before surgery he said he would try to achieve the best vision and to our surprise post-surgery vision was so clear that she doesn't need specs. He motivated my mother to the level that surgery was carried out with yet most care without anesthesia. When we had her first cataract surgery at another hospital, it was hurried within 10-15 minutes causing impaired vision. This 2nd eye surgery went over 40 minutes with necessary calmness which I was able to clearly see from glass window. Dr. Yogesh is a very genuinely experienced professional in this field who loves his work and patients more than anything else.

When we entered his hospital for the first time, we were impressed with the cleanliness, hospitality, advanced test equipment’s and extremely hygienic OT. We found his staff very soft-spoken, humble, and professional at the same time. They will inform the medicines and eye drops schedule very clearly again and again to avoid any confusion. They will call you to book advance appointments, reminding you about the medicines and health checkups. They are available for your calls in case of any emergency, confusion or required guidance.

We felt like we were being treated at our own family hospital. We strongly recommend Dr. Yogesh for all your eye-related complaints. We are surely going to visit Max Vision again for my father’s eye checkup.

First of all I would like to thank all of you to be outstanding on each level of customer satisfaction that is expected out at each stage.

First of all thanks to the lady who picked up my phone in the early morning and listened to my concern for an urgent appointment for my eye checkup . I understand ot was to early to call but the issue was of concern to me. The lady was humble and polite and addressed my concern and asked me to come by 1000 am.

On entering the centre, they took my thermal temp and checked my oxy level , sanitised my hand and gave me a form to fill which was pre sanitised. Post completing the form it was again sanitised. I was indeed Impressed and this made me more comfortable that I am at a place where everyone takes their job with great importance.

As soon as I had the first contact with the Dr.Khandave he waved at me giving a sense of open to communication which most doctors lack. He asked me about my previous medical history with great concern and empathised to it. He gave clear details to what I am diagnosed with .We underwent diagnosis for my eye where each details were provided for why it is being done. He answered to my questions with patience and details.

The cashier was also very polite and santized my card after transaction.

The receptionist was also very delightful and warm called me in the morning to reconfirm my details and while in the centre I had by mistakely removed my mask and I was politely informed by her to wear it.

I would recommend it to all my friends and family.

I visited Dr. Yogesh for getting my cataracts removed and he helped me with each step of the process very professionally. I was shown the different options I had starting from monofocal lenses that are suitable for single distances right upto trifocal lenses that would fix my vision almost exclusively. Doctor helped understand all these options and how my need for future vision glasses would be eliminated by going with trifocal ones. I then decided to implant imported mixed trifocal MICS IOL lenses. He explained to me how the surgery would be performed in very lucid language which put me at ease. As a diabetic patient in my 50s, Doctor ensured that my blood sugar levels stayed consistent and under control for both my eye surgeries, giving me a suitable pre and post op medication regimen. This displayed his concern for my speedy and solid recovery with a preexisting medical condition. I would also give a shoutout to his entire staff that took great care of me during visits including the days of my operation. To see a doctor and his team invested in providing advanced eye care is very reassuring and comforting to any patient who has even the slightest fear of getting operated on their eyes. I would highly recommend Dr. Yogesh's clinic to anyone seeking the best care for their eyes.
