I started my journey with Diet meal plan in July
Before starting the plan
I had Hypothyroidism, Flow issues and lot of fatigue. My energy levels were too low.
I was following Dr. Khusboo Maheshwari mam from past 1 montH.
But when I started the journey , it was a smooth transition.
The process is very systematic. My dietician Dr. Khusboo mam heard all my queries and designed a diet suitable to my routine and my taste.
She is very patient and always answers my queries.
Now my energy levels are getting better.
