This Pandemic affected eating habits and lifestyle of my family and me. Our food habits took a toll on our health post second covid-19 wave. We love food and the time spent together as family members was having food & food. I got in touch with Dt Deepika through my husband who had also got benefitted from her diet & lifestyle counselling and reversed his medical conditions.

I had first contacted Dr. Deepika towards end of 2016 when she was my neighbour in Pune. She had helped me loose 18 kgs in 3 months then. Post that she moved to Mumbai but we were always in touch and whenever I had any queries related to my diet she was always there to guide me.
