Extremely disappointing experience — I would not recommend this doctor.

I Referred my cousin to Dr. Vimal Agarwal ***** ****** *** ****** ******** expecting proper treatment and professional care. Unfortunately, our experience was completely different. My cousin was suffering from severe back pain and was struggling to walk properly, yet we were made to wait for a long time despite her condition. In a hospital, especially when a patient is clearly in significant pain, ***** ******** *** patient care should come first.

First, a junior doctor attended to her, but the interaction was not satisfactory at all. My cousin was already in severe pain and was ********* uncomfortable. Later, when Dr. Vimal Agarwal saw her, I felt that he did not properly listen to her complaints or take enough time to understand the actual problem. Instead, he immediately sent her for an X-ray.The entire experience felt like a very long *** ************* *********** ******** ****** **** ******* *************** ********** We went there expecting a doctor to properly examine, understand and guide the patient, but unfortunately that was not our experience.* *** ************ ************ ******* * ***** **** ****** ***** ****** *** **** ******* *** ******* ******* Based on my personal experience, I would strongly suggest that patients do their own research *** *** **** ****** ** ****** ******* ****** ********* Very disappointing experience. I personally would not recommend this doctor based on what we experienced.
