I met the doc with a skin issue and without asking my skin type or sensitivity level, she prescribed me clindamycin ointment ***** ********** ** ******** **** ******** ** ***** **** ****** *** **** ****** ******* *** **** *** ***** I met another doc the very next morning *** * *** ** **** **** *** ******** ** ***** **** *** *** **** ****** ** ** **** ***** *** ****** ********* **** ******* ******** ** ** ***** This doc would barely listen to your problem, less then 5 min patient time, won't take your issues seriously *** ********** **** ******* **********
This is not the first time I consulted her. I met her for hair fall issues as well, but again she barely checked my, didnt listen to my problems *** **** ** * **** ******* **** **** **** ****** *****
If you are thinking of consulting her, my advice is DONT.

I was suffering from some kind of skin infection on my face. After consulting Richa Mam and taking the prescribed medication the skin infection started to disappear slowly from my face after a week. I am still on medication as the prescribed course has not finished yet but there is much relief and the skin infection is almost gone. So, I can say that I had a good and satisfying treatment experience. Thank you doctor. All my best wishes for you.
