Hello , i have booked an appointment with Dr sujit jha and my time was 3 pm so i was on the way with the patient but when i have reached half of my journey, then at 2.50 pm i called his clinic and they told me that the doctor has cancelled your appointment so i have asked them what is the reason then they said that the doctor is not in clinic tomorrow he will be able to check your patient

Sir / madam, is it a way to handle the patient i have reached half of my journey and then they are telling me that your appointment is cancelled.

The patient was my mother she is very sick and tensed ,

So please try to improve your services and lastly i am not really impressed with this kind of behaviour.

Starting with the experience in the waiting area, the two receptionists are unprofessional, they were using their phones and were not courteous enough to use headphones and had reels blasting in the area, they way they talk is very childish and there is no card payment facilities. There is clean drinking water and the waiting area is sufficient and clean. After booking an appointment via practo i still had to wait for one hour before i could meet Doctor Jha.Experience with Dr. Jha was upto the mark, good procedural delivery of service, good explanation of condition and treatment plan. Friendly nature and build rapport well.3/5 for staff4/5 for environment5/5 for Doctor.

I was suffering from the problem of intrusive thought from almost 5 years. I was unable to concentrate in my works and studies. I couldn't even do my daily activities properly. I had an amazing medical experience with Dr Shobhana. I suffered for almost half of my life from cystic acne and on & off I would get eruptions but I really wanted a clear skin and She Understood my concern and devised a treatment plan accordingly..Which completely helped clear my skin.. And I must tell you She kind and patient and will answer all of your concerns and questions regarding your treatment.. I would highly recommend you visit her for your Skin Issues.

It has not been too long.It will take more time to improve to it's best result. I am thank full to the doctor. he talked very politely. he is really nice in analyzing the behaviours and daily activities of a person. He really get into the skin of any problem and can find out the main reason behind that problem.

I had sleep related issues. I am very thankful to sir to have listened to my problems patiently and finally resolving all of them one by one. He prescribes minimal medicines and keeps a close track of progress of all his patients. I will certainly recommend him to my friends and family.

Last year I was suffering from herpes zoster and my condition was very critical. I remembered that when ma'am saw me she said she hasn't seen this kind of condition ever before. But now I can say I was in a very safe hand. Thanks ma'am for patiently listening to me and giving me wonderful treatment.

I have been suffering from insomnia for two years. Initially my insomnia was in acute condition and it automatically goes with in week or 15 days but from last six month, my insomnia became chronic. felt lazy all the time. I tried hard to overcome from this sleep order. Yoga exercises and meditation nothing worked out with me then I went to hans clinic for consultation and trust me guys with in a month I m feeling so energetic and overcome from the sleeping disorder. Doctor us very very friendly and explain everything to his patient very calmly. I would like to recommend Dr sujit jha to those who are suffering from anxiety and sleep disorder.

Diagnosis is really appreciable as he hears your problem with much patience. Well behaved and friendly. I prefer him above all other Psychiatrists. Worthwhile.

She is really polite, given time and listened each and every query of mine as I was having multiple questions. overall great experience , just hope all goes well with treatment.
