No compassion while talking to patient. Shouting at patients and staffs. Taking more fees for followup. No proper explanation of health issue. Arrogant towards patient. Encouraging online appointment and giving privileges to them making other patients with much more emergency wait longer ** **** **** *** **** ***** ****** Would never suggest anybody to go to him. Very bad experience.

This was my fist visit to dr Roy. I went to him with a long standing ear problem.

He was so warm and understanding. He identified the problem in the first visit and has treated me perfectly.he operated my ear after a week and it's been 3months. Now I'm totally fine.

I highly recommend Dr Roy for any Ent problem.

Dr. Roy actually sets an example of how a doctor should be. He is clear, precise and knows exactly what is to be done. He makes his patients comfortable and helps them understand what has happened and what needs to be done to fix it.Thank you so much Dr Roy. 🙏🏻😊

I had first visited him last week for my throat issue. And he really helped with my problem in no time and guided me well with right meds. What is more imp is he detected my other stress issue and guided me to the right doctor to help me further and assured me all the help. Even 5 stars will be less for him. I will ensure my family members visit him for any health reason, each time we are in Nasik.

Have had a severe throat pain past 7 days and didn't get any relief with all home remedies and local doctors treatment either. Visited Dr Roy for this and am very happy as I'm feeling better with his treatment. He even reassured me about the precautions to take during this period.

they do not care about the online appointments,i went there and they were asking me if ive taken an appointment online and then the receptionist wrote my name after a long list of 10-12 patients and said you'll have to wait i reached there at 11:55 and waited until 12:15 and the doctor still had not arrived so i got fed up and booked an appointment with another doctor. Not expected from a clinic with such high ratings.

It is always a feel good to see, meet Dr Roy. Very energetic & positive person. Very nice personality & as a perdon, Doctor. He does Very correct diagnosis & give right, correct treatment. Feel better even after consuming first 2,3 doses of prescribed medicenes. He is a real expert in his domen I have ever met . Taking a very good care of the patients & very respectful with every one.

My both eardrum were 90 percent damaged and thus hearing disability reached upto 70 percent. Both ears were also in my child hood.

During my visit to clinic, Dr. Roy checked and operated my both eardrum. He is very friendly with patient a and having great patience. He explains in very simple language with graphic illustrations. He operates very smoothly. He operated my both eardrums on 14 September 2019 in two hours and discharged me on same day.

Most important is that, the direction regarding post operation care and prevention for three months given by him, must be followed seriously. Otherwise, the case will crop up again. I personally observed all things carefully. So at present, that is after 6 moths after operation, every thing is well with hearing improvement upto 85 percent.

I strongly recommend Dr. Roy for ENT problems, if you want perfect results.
