I went for a full body laser hair reduction treatment (costing INR 20,000) *** *** ******** ********** ******* * ****** ** ** ****** *********** *** ************* The doctor showed no real understanding *** ******* **** * ****** ************ **** ****** *** **** *** ***** * ***** ** ** *********** ** **** *****

As I had visited the clinic for another session and not just to ask for recourse, I went ahead anyway. Towards the end, the staff informed me I will have to wait for the doctor to come and do my eyebrows and I was okay with that. Later, they told me I would be charged extra (exactly 2,000 extra!) for eyebrows, but eyebrows had been included in my earlier "full body" session just a month ago. When I did not budge, they told me the clinic does not do eyebrow laser anymore. However, when I met with the doctor before starting the session, she did not inform me of this change. Neither did the staff inform me at any point before or even during the session. It was actually the third excuse they were making to not do my eyebrows. It wasn't about the eyebrows anymore and I understood that they somehow just wanted to not compensate me for my damaged tattoo at all. I felt humiliated and highly anxious, *** * ***** **** ** *** ******* **** ******* ** *** ******* ***** ** **** *** ***** *** ******* **** **** ***** * *** ** **** ** ****** ** **** ** *** **** **** *** **** ******* **** **** ** **** **** **** ******* ********** ** **** ** **** ** * ****** *** *** ** ** ***** Also, I later found out through some research that it is standard protocol to cover tattoos during a session, something they didn't do. I understand my situation is rare and they seem to be a good clinic and that's why I trusted them again but they simply won't care if they mess up. ** * **** **** * ******** I would feel genuinely bad and try to make up, not rip off the patient in a low state, but today was another day of realising some people are just devoid of basic respect and courtesy. ****** ***** *************** ** **** *** ******

But the experience was great and a sense of belongingness as well as trust was clearly prevalent that I am personally happy about . I was checked and diagnosed thoroughly and provided utmost time. I suffered with hives (unusual bumbs) on my torso and arms which were thoroughly diagnosed. I was clarified about what it was and how it happens. Moreover, I showed my acne + body acne that I'm dealing with since the past 9 years or more and was satisfied to hear to continue basic treatment (selsun shampoo + benzoyl peroxide gel 3.5%) due to me undergoing hormonal changes. Also, I was convinced to be patient.

It was my very first experience with the concerned doctor and it was really good.

Talking about whether the medication would work for me or not , I would require 2 to 8 weeks and would surely review about the same after my second visit to the respective doc probably after 10 days.

Still I believe it would surely be treated asap.

Dr. Geetika is very nice person as well as a Doctor. Patient need a first of all positive response regarding their problem. She recommended less medication and follow up precautions that is necessary for a patient. All in all she is very nice doctor as a human being.
