RM Homeopathy Multispecialty Clinic's, Ramanattukara

I visited RM Clinic recently, but unfortunately, I could not meet the doctor on that day as he was caught up with a very busy schedule. However, what truly impressed me was that the doctor personally called me the same night, apologized for the inconvenience, and explained the situation. This was a very kind and thoughtful gesture, and it clearly showed his dedication, humility, and empathy towards patients.

The next day, I got an appointment and was able to meet him. I explained the chronic allergy issue in detail. He listened patiently, tried to understand the root cause, and advised a few tests to identify the exact source of the allergy. We had consulted several doctors earlier, but most of them only prescribed sprays and tablets without really investigating the underlying cause. This doctor’s approach was different, as he focused on understanding the actual reason behind the problem.

We have now completed the tests and shared the results with him. The first course of medication has started, and the next course is planned for next month. So far, the experience has been very positive.

I am writing this review mainly to appreciate the doctor’s empathy, patience, and sincere effort to identify the root cause of the disease rather than just treating the symptoms. I will update this review after completing the full course of medication and observing the results. Overall, I truly appreciate his response and patient-centred approach.
