Care CHL Hospitals, LIG Colony

Following incidents were happened -

1) Incident No.-1 : Dr. Gave the appointment of 09:30 AM in Medicare Hospital we have reached their on time, receptionist said that Dr. is yet to be reach, after waiting of around 2-2.5 Hrs. one of the assistant of Dr. named Mr. Ajay came to us and directly blamed us no one was present here so Dr. not came in his cabin just see the surgical patient and he left from here now then we said that ask to your receptionist we were waiting from last 2-2.5 Hrs. here now you are blaming to us. After that we said Dr. called us for test before admitting in hospital so Dr. instead of coming their he was passing his message to us through his assistant that go from here to other places for testing.

2) Incident No.-2 : 2 days ago Dr. said for operation and suggested few tests before the surgery i.e. Blood Test of Rs. 2500/- as said by dr. assistane (But after reaching at hospital test amount was 4000/- in CHL Hospital Indore) for other test he said due to corona disease CHL Hospital will not allow for surgery so Process for CT Scan Test cost of Rs. 3000/- as said by assistant (But actual cost was 4000/- by the hospital) instead of this we did both the tests so that further operation can be performed. After that Dr. Said for 3rd test which was really related to the operation and to be done from his contacted lab only. When we reached for 3rd test Dr. Said patient temperature is high we can not perform this test, we said that we have already done recently blood test and CT Scan test related to Corona but all reports are okay. But they were not accepting even our Dr. Tarun Gandhi also said for Covid-19 Test, Instead of this We went for Covid-19 Test which cost was Rs. 4500/-, this report was again normal then Dr. Tarun Gandhi agreed for Operation in next morning but in night again his assistant Mr. Ajay called me and said that One of our OT patient found corona positive so for 15 Days no surgery could be performed in hospital. I called to Hospital they said surgery are allowed no issue it might be the personal issue of Mr. Tarun Gandhi if do not want to perform surgery. When I called to Doctor that Surgery are allowed in hospital then why are you not performing it and why you have suggested us for these much tests of amounting Rs. 20,000/- will you accept these reports later he refused to accept it......now tell me who will bear the cost of Rs. 20,000/-, if you do not want to operate the patient in such a corona virus situation why you have not refused on the first day itself.

Note: If you replied that for the sack of me and my family you have not performed the surgery so my humble request is that why you have not said no for operation at the time of first meeting in corona situation.

It was really good. She have explained me everything in detail before my treatment. She was super caring and also gave me many useful tips to protect my eyes . Even After my treatment was completed, she made follow up calls to ensure that i was well . It was a great experience with such talented doctor.

She's the finest ophthalm one can find in the city. Extremely talented and yet so composed. She knows not just the ailments but her patients too equally well. I think I need not worry about looking for any other doctor as far as my eyes are concerned.

I had problems.from a long time it 2as a connector tissue disorder (auto immune problem) . I had some redness in the eye and doctor shruti diagnosed it and sent mee for further treatment tk the correct doctor. I was running around here and there before this .
