Post Covid I went to health checkup and came to know that my fasting blood sugar level is 126mg/dl which belongs to pre diabetic category. I started my diet plan with Dietician Parul Bhardwaj on 10th February when my weight was 65 kg. Today I am 61.5 kg, and I am really happy with the results. The best part about this journey was that the diet plan was very practical and healthy. It never felt like a strict or crash diet.

Even in between, I went on a trip and couldn’t follow the diet properly for a few days, but still the results were very good. The plan was designed in such a balanced way that I could eat normal home-cooked food like roti, rice and regular meals. I never felt like I was starving or cutting out everything.
