Very disappointing experience. After examining him, the doctor suspected constipation and advised an iron test.On the fourth day, my child had not passed urine for nearly 10 hours, which was very concerning. We rushed back to the doctor after getting the blood test done. He prescribed another urine test and an ultrasound and charged another consultation fee of ₹1,200.We intended to get the tests done immediately, but my child finally passed urine normally *** *** ********* ************* *** ******* We decided to conduct the remaining tests the next morning ******* ** ******* *** ******* **** *********The following day, when the iron test report arrived, we shared it with the doctor online. my child was having abdominal pain from last 2yrs.Visited many doctors but no permanent relief.visited Dr Niranjan sir 1month back,he has given 30mins to my child and assessed in detail.after few tests he told child is having functional pain which he explained in detail.After 1month treatment with only 1medicine my child pain is almost gone.Very happy to see my child active .Thnx sir for making us understand that antibiotics are not good for child if given unnecessary.Sincere recommendations.thank u sir for all your support.Just a request your fees is too high,if possible reduce a bit so that many patient can reach you.

My 5 yr old child was having severe cough from last 3 months and was not able to sleep due to severe coughing.He was vomiting with coughing from last 1 months.We were very worried and visited 3 doctors before coming to dr nishitosh niranjan sir.Sir diagnosed my child issue in 1st visit itself and told that my child is suffering from pertussis disease.He has given 30mins to my child which no doctor has given in last 3 months.After few tests he told it will take 1month to get complete relief.after 15days of treatment my child has recovered completely.We are very happy to see my child sleep calmly and can play and go to school.Sir we are very thankful from our heart.You are one doctor in my whole life who have given consultation for 30mins.only 1 thing ur fees is very high so many patients are out of reach,plz look so that many patients like us can visit u and get best treatment.God bless u sir.

Writing after my child is recovered completely after 8 month of treatment.my child was suffering from constipation from last 3year.he was not able to pass motion for 5 to 6 days,and den have to give medicine from potty area.Visited at least 5 doctors but never get complete relief.We lost all hope ,den one relative told me about sir clinic.We live in revari and has to come 200km to meet sir.Sir explained everything in details and given 30 mins in explaining y dis is happening and will require 9month to treat.we followed sir advice and medicine for 8 month*** ***** ** ***** ********** *** really happy to see my child relieved from pain.he is off treatment now and going to potty daily 2 times.I really like to thank sir for all you have done for us.May you and your family get all happiness in ur life.
