"I recently completed a 10-day therapy program, during which Dr. Deepak provided exceptional care for the first seven days. However, the final three evening sessions were conducted by another practitioner whose approach fell severely short of expectations. This substitute therapist appeared rushed, prioritizing speed over quality, and showed little regard for thoroughness or patient-centered care. The sessions felt hastily concluded, lacked professionalism, and offered no tangible therapeutic value. Given the stark contrast in quality and the complete ineffectiveness of these last three sessions, I respectfully request a partial refund for the days in question. The disparity in care undermined my progress, and I believe this adjustment would reflect fairness in addressing the situation."
