I used to struggle with anxiety, depression, insomnia, and ADHD, but I didn’t know what the actual problem was. After booking a session with Kamna Ma’am, I finally understood what I was really going through. She patiently listened to my entire trauma and helped me find genuine relief from it.

Although the standard session duration is 50 minutes, whenever necessary—if the issue required more time and Ma’am was available—the session would even extend up to 1 hour 15 minutes. What impressed me the most was her honesty: as soon as my problems started improving, she herself told me that I no longer needed frequent regular sessions.

Very clear guidance with simultaneous interactive questionnaires. Able to understand near-about accurate root cause of my issues. Gave inputs of mind to body relaxation techniques.
