Dr. (Capt) Prince Herbert Dental Centers, Sowripalayam

First things first, I visited Dr Herbert a long time back (a few years ago) and had a great experience with him. During the pandemic, my teeth broke so I'm coming to see Doctor after some time since the broken tooth. Doctor still remembers me from these few years, this shows that Dr Herbert is very attentive to his patients - not just seeing them as they go and come. His assistant is very attentive, always took care of my wife and my needs when I was doing my crown and also cleaning my wife's teeth. The clinic is very clean and hygienic, follows Covid protocol and every time we came in, we needed to take our temperature taken which made us feel very very safe and cared for. Doctor and assistant akka are very respectful, on time and always seeing that we are very comfortable. Doctor's instructions are always very clear, concise with his instructions and did a fantastic job - no pain, no infections, his work is 100% top notch. Doctor and assistant went above and beyond to finish my treatment in time as I already made travel plans before seeing Doctor. The price that was charged was very reasonable considering Doctor's experience, skills and materials Doctor uses - elsewhere will be much more expensive than what we paid here, definitely. I was very much impressed about the way you and all your assistants handle your patients with a smiling face all the time. We feel a family atmosphere at your clinic, freely speaking and Clarifying all doubts of the patient's.

Regarding the treatment, hats off to you. You have receltly fixed a three tooth crown and bridge to me. It fitted excellently well. You are the best dentist I came across so far. Today your assistant doctor done scaling for me. She has done so well and I couldn't believe whether it is my teeth. I felt a motherly care in her treatment. God bless you and your team. I really liked the service provided by the doctor. He voluntarily keeps checking on me with how my treatment is going and if I find any positive changes with the fixing of my teeth. When I first put on my braces, he explained very well

and clearly on the do's and dont's of braces . I also liked the nurses' kind attention towards me and their always cheerful attitude. They never look like they are doing thier job for the sake of it and take an extra measure to check if I am doing good that day and maybe also how my personal life is going.

First of all, I thank practo for introducing Dr. Prince to me. Such an amazing person with over 40 yrs of experience in dentistry. I found Dr. Prince through practo with good patient reviews. I visited him. He explained the procedure well in a friendly way and answered all my queries with patience. The staffs were very calm and patient friendly. After few visits, I got my fixed braces and visited monthly once for checkup. He check all the patient's improvement, eventhough there was a special doctor for checking fixed braces.
