I'm doing MD. Anaesthesia PGIMER, Chandigarh. Was diagnosed with fibroids..Obg Consultants, professors at PGIMER suggested Dr Ajay Sir for laparoscopic myomectomy of 18cm(26wks) subserosal and 2 intramural fibroids. I was tensed about surgery as I was unmarried and was told by some. it may b difficult to remove big 18cm fibroid by laparoscopy, have to go for open surgery. I had Aherman syndrome grade 3-4 and I was facing this problem for 1-2 years and I had a very tough time because of severe pain during my menstrual cycle and the condition of my endometrium was poor, synechiae were present and after 3 months of my Hysterioscopy my condition is very good and now i am very happy with my improvement. It was a remarkable experience with Dr. Ajay, he is one of the best gynecologists in Tricity. I had 2 miscarriages in the past because of cervical incompetence. He did laproscopic abdominal cerclage successfully during my third pregnancy and now I am blessed with a baby girl. All credit goes to him only. I had travelled from Sydney(Australia) to seek treatment from him for a massive cervical fibroid. The only option that I got in Sydney was to remove the uterus but Dr. Ajay was the first one to say it can be done by laparoscopic surgery.

The surgery was a success and I was back to routine within days.

We flew 3 hours to Chandigarh specifically for this surgery, and it was absolutely worth it. Dr. Ajay made a complex and emotionally overwhelming procedure feel smooth and manageable right from the start. During our very first call, he said something that instantly reassured me: “Once you do TAC, your problem is resolved — you can have a normal pregnancy like any other woman.” That statement gave me the confidence I had lost after repeated mid-trimester miscarriages caused by cervical incompetence.

In my city, although some doctors recommended TAC, very few had enough experience with it. One even advised prolonged bed rest during pregnancy— which goes against one of the key advantages of TAC, which is the ability to continue a normal routine without the need for strict bed rest. Unfortunately, awareness about advanced procedures like TAC is still limited in many places including metro cities.

Dr. Ajay, however, is a true expert in laparoscopic and gynecological surgeries. He not only performed the TAC but also identified and addressed a few additional issues during surgery. His post-operative support was exceptional — always available, responsive, and reassuring.

Was suffering through groin infection from last 6 months, he is probably 5th doctor. Aftr lot of search i picked him. Am satisfied with treatment. So coming to the point why he?1. He is good in field.2. He shows empathy, generally doctors lack otherwise.3. Groin infection is not big issue but due to such a long suffering, my "mental health" was affected.
