It was a very disappointing visit of lakecity hospital.My wife is suffering with a small boil.We consulted Dr Sonil Shrivastava.Dr Sonil suggested a small procedure and sent us to minor OT. She wrote on rxtion OT charges Rs 2000/-.Reception lady gave a paper slip item requirment in OT. 1.surgical blade-1, surgical gloves 3 pair.... But the house keeping staff was washing the OT. So they suggested to do procedure at near Dr Sonil 's chamber space....... I requested to Dr sonil that 2000 rs is to high for a small procedure but she straight forward replied " Kanhi aur kara lo procedure charges yahi rahenge"
Now I don't understand when the procedure will not done in Minor OT. Then why I will pay OT charges.second thing if you charge for OT than why should patient purchase sugical blade golves n all..... When I asked at reception to refund my 500 rs consulation fee they refused.
