My mother went with my niece for her checkup. She has been issued token 2 days before appointment. She has to wait for more than 2 hours than her scheduled appointment. There was no organized que maintainance, anyone can enter and consult. I don't understand why they allot token number then!Apart from that doctor was rude when my mother complained about the same issue.
