I visited this physiotherapy centre for my shoulder pain after trying medication and rest without much relief. The Dr Rachna Dave first took time to understand my issue properly and then started treatment accordingly.
After a few sessions, I could actually feel the difference in pain and movement. The exercises were simple but effective, and they also explained what I should and shouldn’t do in daily routine, which helped a lot.
