Dr Reena is an exceptional therapist. She is extremely considerate and creates a safe space for you to discuss and open up. She is extremely knowledgeable and her exercise help you move closer to understanding and reflecting things. I definitely recommend her as an amazing therapist. It felt much lighter each time I had a session. She makes not only guides you to recover from your mental issues but also acts as a co-voyager in the journey of healing. Talking with her, who understands the struggle, it feels like you aren’t alone anymore. She understands the problem after analyzing it thoroughly and helps one in identifying the root cause.

I am 67 , I recently lost my husband, when I came i was suffering from anxiety, anger,full day uneasy, couldn't not sleep at all and was taking medication for sleeping for several years; but with the proper therapy I stopped my medication and started talking more positive things and interacting with family and friends. She explained that grieving is a process and it's fine to grieve rather than burrying it and slowing we start accepting the reality. I now feel inam a free bird and feel light .

Dr. Reena is a kind, patient, and friendly person, which makes it easier to open up in front of her. There was an ease in talking right from the moment I met her. I had faced depression/ anxiety issues for over 14 years, starting from age 7, due to multiple reasons - growing up without a lot of friends, going through PCOS, having a critical father. The sessions with her made me come back to my core self, helped me rediscover my confidence, and have given my personal and professional life a new lease.

I had been suffering from anxiety issues for the last few years but had never really faced the problem. However, when the anxiety started worsening, I decided to start therapy. Visiting Dr. Reena Sharma was the best decision I made. Initially, I was sceptical about how would I initiate the conversation, however, she made me extremely comfortable starting from the very beginning. The ambience of the room is also extremely positive. I have been visiting her for the last 7-8 months now and I am doing so much better. She made me think, connect with my inner self and actually embrace my issues. I’m finally better in terms of my sleep cycle, issue of emotional eating, panic attacks, social anxiety and the fact that I’m actually now more connected with my feelings. I am now able to respond to situations better and all thanks to Dr. Reena’s support for that.

I found her online and booked session with Dr Reena Sharma,She was very friendly and helpful from the start of my therapy. In start she listened to my problems attentively and explained me what I was facing dealing with . I was not able to get out of it on my own. i was in depression and was not able to control my thoughts. I thought I would never be able to get out of that dark phase but as I took sessions it started seeming possible and now currently I am at a much better place than I was a year ago, I have started to feel things and feels like growing out of that bad phase, Yes the Dr knows more than the patient, she guided me with good intention according to my understanding, and I am feeling so much better now after the sessions. I could be fully open with her, as a friend and as someone who could guide me without any fear of judgement. My head felt much lighter each time I had a session. I had been suffering from anxiety and borderline depression without fully realising it, but over the past year my situation started getting more and more difficult to run away from and that's when I opted for therapy sessions with Dr Reena Sharma and that was the best decision I made.

The sessions were a safe, judgement free space, that helped me to introspect in a growth inducing way! It also made me realise that therapy should be similar to annual health check ups and everyone should do it.

Dr. Reena is someone to whom you can share and be at ease to talk to, she was precise in finding out my exact problem in the first session itself. I approached after checking out her vast experience and expert dealings in her field and he must say that she has mastered her art.

Great experience. To start with, Dr. Reena is a very good listener, allows the person to express their emotions or whatever they are going through, completely. Got very good insights from her on balancing the thoughts and not letting them become emotions. He understands the problem after analysing it thoroughly and helps one in identifying the root cause. In a few sessions, I was able to see things differently from before and felt motivated to lead a better quality of life. A big thank you to Dr. Reens for also being extremely patient and a great mentor.

I’ve been working with Reena for a few months now, and she strikes a great balance between professionalism and warmth. Through our work together, she has helped me become a better partner, a better son, and, most importantly, has given me the tools and mindset to support myself more effectively.
