Video consultation done with Dr. Valluri Sucharita (General Physician)
On requesting for an online video appointment, Dr. Sucharita was assigned to look after my case. Instead of initiating a video consultation or at least an audio consultation, Dr. asked my symptoms and went offline keeping me in waiting mode for about 25 mins. She took her own sweet time to respond and ended the consultation without even advising me on DO'S / DON'T or the precautions I need to take. I was running with a fever of 100.3 and wasted approx 1 hour after the consultation. To summarise, I found Dr Valluri Sucharita totally insensitive towards patients.

Let's get started with the first thing. Here in Practo the consultation fees is about 200, I just asked in the reception of the hospital regarding the fee and showed them the Practo details. The doctor was informed regarding this by the receptionist and the doctor with out even second thought said to us "not to make any fuss about it". I was shocked on her reaction, she could be polite and I think I would not recommend this doctor at any cost. She is pushing us for scans and her arrogance towards the patient is bad. As a husband i would like to know what my wife health condition is. She asked me to step out.
