Dr Hemant is great, not only as a doctor, but also as a person. He tries his best to make it easy for the patient to open up to him, at the same time, does not make it uncomfortable. He gives you time, takes it slow and effective, which I think is very important in treating depression. He is young, and cool, and does not judge a person...and repeatedly tells the patients not to judge themselves. He has this positive aura around him, that makes him approachable.
