Ms. S. Aruna Sri

She started counseling work with patients living with cardiovascular diseases, cerebral injuries and chronic diseases. Her aim was to facilitate them in living with the disease and improve their quality of life in early days of her career. She has experience in promoting healthy attitudes and behaviors and helping patients and their families to cope with chronic illness. Presently, She is working with both children and adults from different age groups and cultural background. Ms. Aruna Sri has experience in counseling clients who have problems related to anxiety, depression, relationships, premarital issues and other related behavior problems.She can counsel people to resolve their problems and make decisions particularly at stressful times of their lives. She helps children and young people to overcome difficulties which in turn leads to their educational and psychological development. She has experience in use of psychological tests and has been teaching M.Sc. psychology theory and practice since four years.She is well motivated and desirous of helping others and has an empathetic and understanding outlook to a patient’s concern.She places a high value on ethics in practice. She believes that people can change if they know themselves and have the desire to become better persons.
