* My Honest Eczema Story I am a 27-year-old female who has been suffering from eczema for the past 9 years. Actually, I had asthma since my childhood and visited many doctors for that. After a few years, my skin problems also started and gradually became worse and developed as eczema. Then I visited many hospitals and consulted many experienced doctors for my eczema.But every doctor just suggested steroid creams, which made things even worse. At some point, my eczema became so severe that it wasn't controlled even with steroid ointments. Then some of the doctors put me on Tofajak for some days, and along with that, I was using these steroid ointments.Literally, my life became like a dark-series time-travel loop. Every few days, my skin would flare up, and I used to apply those steroid ointments. Then it would rebound with extra intensity, and the eczema would flare up in other parts of my body as well. And this cycle would go on.Every time I suffered like this, literally, some senior doctors also seemed to know only two names of medicines as part of the treatment. They knew nothing beyond that. Literally, one senior doctor suggested an injection for every 15 days, which costs around 40k, I was shocked. After moving from one doctor to another, I gave up on the thought of getting cured. I thought I had to suffer forever.Then one day, I happened to meet"Dr. Venkatachalam Sir". At first, I thought it was just a normal part of my life visiting one more doctors and thought that there wouldn't be much change in my life.I just visited him with those hopes, and he carefully examined and diagnosed my flare-ups and put me on treatment. During the first few weeks, I hadn't seen much improvement. I was still getting flare-ups and using the steroid ointments prescribed by previous doctors every few days.By third week ,I noticed the changes. My flare-ups reduced by almost 99%, and my skin texture improved and became soft. I do not recommend Dr. K.Venkata Chalam because he did not spend enough time explaining my issue.

I consulted Dr. K.Venkata Chalam for hair fall and black moles on my face. He listened carefully, explained the treatment clearly, and was patient and professional throughout. The procedure was smooth and comfortable, and the black moles have cleared. I'm happy with the results and continuing the medication as advised.

Where do I even start, I have visited this doctor instead of the doctor very close to my place because of the good review he had on this site.

I have reached the place in time after travelling for 2 hours and was asked to wait in the waiting area (even though I'm exactly on time). I waited for around 5 min and was finally let in.

As soon as I entered the doctor cabin, I stood there for another straight 3 minutes waiting for the doctor to sanitise his hands and fill in my name and age on the prescription sheet. Then he went and asked me what the issue was and I started explaining my issues and the symptoms that I was having. He interrupted me even before completing my second sentence and asked to have a close look at the skin through the partition. And that's it, not even a word from his mouth, he just went back to his seat ( which was like 10 feet away from where I was sitting with a transparent curtain in between) and spoke one sentence that "these symptoms are usually common in patients suffering from x and y to which I replied that I don't suffer from either of them nor did any one in my family had them). While he was filling the prescription sheet, I was about to continue explaining him the issues and ask him a few question like if I can get rid of the skin marks permanently or how long does it take for the prescription that he's about to suggest would take to show the result.

But nothing, he barely spoke and just called in his assistant and had me taken out. No further attention to me talking in vain nor giving me some details about the issue I have or what exactly is the issue. Just nothing as if I can do telepathy and understood him completely without him uttering a word. All this happening in a span of like 5-7 minutes with barely 3-4 sentences of information exchanged. I got out and was asked to purchase the items in the prescription.

I wasn't expecting this kind of neglect nor indifference to the patient concerns and his voice from a doctor with an experience of my age. Truly disappointed, both with the doctor and the staff too.

The staff accept no card payment and only **** money ******* ******** *** ** *** *** **** *****was accepted and they were a bit rude ( talking on the phone while I'm patiently waiting for the reply that if I can go in, asked me to pay the amount without even telling me that they were short on half of the items in the prescription).

I Apurbo Satapathy went to the doctor at Dt 11/05/17 and after seeing very good result on DT 18/05/17 I was little bit surprise because no doctor could treat it well. He is well experienced, explain of the health issue very well ,satisfy treatment giving. So that is why the dangerous disease getting cure. If anyone is having ringworm disease then surely visit to him and cure it. And i am sure that it will get cure as faster as it can also be frequent and tell about your problem toward the doctor surely you will have good health. I think it will be help full to you all because I too search through out the net but after visiting the doctor my problem get solved if he will see my feedback then i want to thank him.
