We had a terrible experience today. As such every time we come by prior appointment only and we have to keep waiting. Till date we never could go on the time allotted to us. On asking the receptionist, the standard reply "meekene mundu vachhina vaaru ku inka chooda ledu'. Then the very purpose of the appointment is lost.

Today, the staff at the receptiin took my wife's file, kept on her tabke and vanished. Only when I repeatedly asked for her she came and processed our file very lethargically. I presume that this was being done deliberately to delay the reporting time. It was the same with other patients and it appeared as if everyone were getting frustrated.

After a long wait I requested politely for my file by cslling them madam but both turned a deaf ear. Even after repeatedly asking, they were behaving as if they have not heard which nade me loose my cool. Their is a limit to the patience.. Last but not the least when you tolld on the phone to your staff to facilitate us requesting the patients agead of us to jump the que, your staff were calling the names of the patients and telling them to barge in as soon as the patient comes out. They never came to facilitate. We on our own had requeted and then came in. This is absolutely not in order. We did not again tell this to you during the check up since by then I realsed that it would be sheer time consuming. I suggest that you advise your staff to be more courteous, polite and abive all a facilitator rather than being at the receptiin with an indifferent attitude. Moreover they should be careful at the time of giving appointments which would help in avoiding such probkens.

Very bad experience. When I search I saw sir's details, very much happy.. I reach exact destination. Dr. Suresh sir check my health.. hear details from me. Then he told go to counter for deposit fees for scanning. Ok.. We went to counter.. Deposited fees for scanning. Doctor did scanning my joints.. Then told me my condition serious..i agree. But he told us if I use medicine... Process will be very slow... If you take injection.. You will be cure. If I take weekly injection cost should be 13500/-, if twice a month 25000/- if I take monthly once.. It should be 50000/- ok I admit it.. May be true..when I will go to take high power injection... I will be think very well before take that injection. 50000/- no matter for a life. My husband is deputy manager in sbi. But I didn't get any bill.. Registration slip, fees slip or scanning receipt.. Or scanning report, nothing. May be his presentation not trust able for us.. May be. Don't know. Handling patient and explaining symptoms of disease and cure factors and with utmost softness matching soft skills is excellent .The cool composure is remarkable. Ambience is nice Though I have not touched tea it's serving is good. But as a layman and without expertise I pose is there any harm if repeated blood tests are avoided ? The palpable human touch is very much expressive.

i visited with severe arthiritis pains in last year in a bed ridden condition..doctor friendly treated me and made me fit enough to walk now...i am fully satisfied with his treatment and would like to continue..he explains the patient everything about his health condition..he reads the patient's mind set well and suggests the medicine accordingly..sir..thank you very much..and plz keep serving the patients....

We had visited 2 times but till now there is no more any relief from the problem and the problem is increased very sevier now my mother unable to walk even sit and sleep...This is not just my opinion...This is the intention behinds one sons pain regarding his mother's health...
