Dr. Sri Divya is really friendly doctor.She connected with me promptly without keeping me waited.Like less than 5min.She is very polite and patient listener as well.She explained me my problem in detail and suggested me the right medication.I will definitely recommend her.

Dr . Sri Vidya Mam is very polite and patient friendly. She always replies to queries very fast. Mainly she gave enough time for us to explain our problems. Doctor explained about issues to us in very simple manner. I highly recommend this doctor as cares genuinely for patients. Doctor is ethical and she doesn’t write unnecessary scans and medicines.

Overall good experience on the basis of first report but after her consultation when I reached out to her to share my next report she was hardly care about as my video consultation was as completed and only chat option was available. I had to reach out to other doctors to treat my infection which came in my culture report but according to her everything was normal. She told to continue the same medication, it was not like she don’t care to examine and give time to her patients on chat. The time duration was a lot to wait in chat and I had to reach out to customer care to tell the doc to reply me urgently. If you are consulting with her make sure to buy the consultation again to able to get the proper treatment on time as chats don’t matter. Thanks
