Doctor ravi kumar patiently listened to all the health issues and addressed every question in an understandable manner. I am happy with the doctor.
The only problem is , Doctor prescribed a medicine called Rivotril whereas the medicure hospital attached chemist changed the drug to alprozolam. I only noticed it after I returned back. Hospital mangement should avoid such carelessness in future,me knowing about medicines could identify the change,but what will happen to those who are uneducated.
I have consulted the doctor through Practo app and made online appointment making online payment. the doctor wrote on paper to redirect to another doctor even though he is MD general medicine. the Medicover hospital reception when approached with doctor remarks checked and unable to assign to another doctor as the payment is made from. 3rd party.
As a patient i waited for doctor from appointment time 1000 hrs to 1200 hrs, then all this happened. i am disappointed with doctor and hospital and app
