Doctor took time in explaining the concern post examination however could have been even more better if we had two way communication and further RCA on the concern.

Major concern is with the front office staff who have zero knowledge on the importance of online booking. They are still living in the old way of treating patients.

Online booking and slot booking means patient has chosen a slot and basis that he will.plan but that is completly ignorer and disrespected.

Also when patient is asking for the call to be connected to dr for some.emergency medical query they denied to do that and took more than 24hours to connect . after repeated calls for more than 14 times finally we were able to speak to Dr.

Though Dr is excellent, staff with such an attitude make this process go poor.

I would request Dr to have this addressed to help patients better quality of service.

Though you should have a little patience to consult him, all our worries vanish, once you talk to him. He is such a nice gentleman. He speaks gently. He is keen. He does not wait till you submit your problems but keeps posing various questions on your health. He knows very well what problems may arise out of your difficulty.

His prescription and more over the wonder pieces of his advice will always help a lot. I can cut down the levels of Glucose levels and put them in check. Thanks to Dr.Dileep.

The clinic is really good with the staff being helpful and courteous.

Perfect place for Diabetes!!

I had to leave without meeting the doctor.

My appointment was for 3:45 PM. I waited till 4:30 PM and then left.The staff at the reception were extremely rude with a "couldn't care less " attitude.

I told them that I had taken an online appointment, but they continued to send other patients.

At 4:30 PM I lost my cool and left.

The saving grace was the refund of my consultation fee. I thank Practo for this.

Dr. Dileep is a very good doctor. Very polite n friendly. Listened to our problems very patiently. He was very sweet n kind to my little son also. This kind of behaviour comes with experience of 30yrs. We were very satisfied to meet him n get diagnosed by him.

The reason we visited to get his expertized inputs to get the confidence. But we are very badly disappointed with his response. No one will expect to Diabetes is Curable disease we live with it and we know the problems we should face it.

I was asked any dite change will give the better results?

*Response from him is:* No one prepare food for you life time and you have to live with it.

My expectation is: He will suggest some dite Or tips to give 1/2 percent relief, but his answer looks like above and use only medicine that one only the way to get out of it.

I think definitely patients loose their confidence if we get a response Or suggestions like like this.

I'm not feeling good with his attitude towards patients. I went to him to know whether I can give breast milk to my baby to know. He commented on all my doubts. I went to there bcoz my cousin said he is famous doctor for thyroid. I'm feeling unlucky to have thyroid and being treated by doctors like this and being cried. I got thyroid in pregnancy and feeling very unlucky .i got various problems after delivery urInary retention etc. So my baby was bottle fed. Still I'm trying even my health condition was Not good. I felt very bad with his nature. It's my bad luck to have health problems and being commented like this. *** ** ** **** ** *********

It was a follow up visit and the doctor was attending the patient for more than 20 years. It was very courteous treatment we received at the xlinic

Worth waiting whatever the time be for getting medical treatment from such a highly experienced doctor who the patient is so comfortable with and confident of being cured.

Treatment wise and Doctor wise good experience but the waiting time is toooo long. Even if we fix the appointment well in before for a particular slot they don't cal for atleast 2 to 2 1/2 hours..
