Yes The doctor was friendly and polite and explained to me about my problem in detail.I was operated 1 year back.upto1 year there was no recurrence.later due to over negligence and misconception applied herbal paste over the operated site. Then again after 1year we attended her clinic and the recurrence was managed by multi modality treatment available in her clinic .Now my problem is solved and I am happy with the procedures done and the regular follwups they are implementing meticulously.
I had a long standing problem of keloid in the neck region for which effective treatment was given.. My problem was explained to me in detail.The chances of recurrence in the same area and various alternate treatments.available..The doctor and the staff were polite and cooperative.
