Its very bad. The appointment was given at 11 Am and the patient was allowed to see the doctor only at 2 PM. The patient was suffering with severe stomach pain but still the staff was not allowing the patient inside.I did not understand the point in booking an appointment well in advanced. If the doctor is not available in that time or if the slot is already booked by some other person then same trimmings should not be given to two persons. Its a very bad experience for my mother.
