The doctor and staff were polite, however, doctor wasn't available at the time stated on practo and appointment. On calling clinuc, staff informed that doctor would be available during 12 noon to 1 pm. When I reached the clinic at 11:50, staff informed that the doctor would come by 12:30. But the doctor reached only 1 pm. Otherwise, the doctor looked at me ears properly, and medicine prescribed by him gave me instant relief.
