Dr. Swapna

Dr. Y. Swapna is a Fertility Consultant at the Vijayawada centre of Nova IVI Fertility. She specializes in medical as well as surgical management of infertility among men and women, and also in performing advanced investigations.Post her MBBS from Bangalore, she underwent Specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the UK and obtained CCT. She is also trained in various specializations like subfertility and reproductive medicine. She has done a fellowship in assisted conception in Sheffield Hospital, UK. Dr. Swapna has obtained British Fertility Society certification in assisted conception, male infertility, pelvic ultrasound, embryo transfer and IUI.She presented at the RCOG (Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists) World Congress on Assisted Conception. Dr. Swapna has also co-authored a chapter on male infertility for RCOG’s manual.
