Niranjani Health care is a non profit organization founded by Dr Dinesh Kumar Gupta Maddula for his passion towards the prevention of non communicable diseases and to provide affordable high quality health care with least possible charges this organization is mainly dedicated to poor and Middle class communities and for the communities below poverty line the core agenda of this organization is to provide preventive health care management for chronic illnesses like CAD,CVA,CKD etc. Which are rapidly increasing in Urban and rural communities due to lack of awareness about most commonly seen health disorders in India like hypertension ,diabetes ,hyperlipidemia etc.
