I didn't had to stand in a queue as i had booked appointment through Practo.com Treatment started timely, Dr. Was very cool, polite and experienced. He diagnosed & prescribed me medicine, and within a week i recove from viral fever & Malaria.

The waiting area is clean and well maintained but is always very crowded. Thankfully I had booked an appointment. It started well in time. I have had prior appointments with Dr. Arup and whenever there is a change in schedule, he always takes the time and effort to directly inform me over phone.

the doctor is very friendly, always having a smile on his face, listens to you very patiently, is always available even in case of emergencies, and booking appointment is very easy bcoz in the prescription itself the pesonal mobile no of three of his staff is mentioned as well as the landline number. the doctor only prescribes investigations if required *** *** ********* **** **** **** **********

Visited to DR. Arul for my father due to fever problem. Recommended for blood test to get the dengue results.My father had fever and low blood count(white blood cells), ** **** ********* *** ********* *** after visiting twice everything gets perfect. No fever and blood count was in normal range.One thing want to add here... supporting staff need to be more knowledgeable as they took my father blood test when the BP was too low.It was blunder from supporting staff. Need some experience person to be there and checks thoroughly everything before going for next stage. After al, nice experience with doctor.Excellent to have doctor like him in your surrounding areas. Har Har Mahadev... Keep winning
