Hoped for better: Treatment satisfactionValue for money

No consultation was done. It was told that she doesnt handle old age case. This should have been clarified before fixing appointment

And online therapy for geriatric cases are not recommended so we diverted you to better professional with clear explanation as to why you should consult a person who has expertise in the area of your concern.
