Drinking Coffee

I don't like taste of milk neither born vita etc but I understand that milk is needed for our body. So i drink milk everyday but by adding coffee to change its taste. does adding coffee to milk will ruin the benefits of milk?
Does adding coffee to milk is bad for health. I only take milk in morning wth breakfast.

I have gain weight

Missing dinner

I don't feel very hungry at night. Is it an unhealthy practice to not eat dinner. I generally have late lunch and that does it for me. I do exercise in the evening but don't feel like eating after it. I can eat without feeling hungry but that seems unwise.
Please advice.
