He explained the entire procedure so well, and so comfortably, that we were ready to book surgery almost immediately. He fortunately had an open slot soon, and he walked me through each step in detail, as many times as I needed. He was reassuring, so was the staff, and I was well taken care of. His staff is regular with followups and always available for any questions or concerns.
