Wait time can be improved. 7.15am doctor came on call at 7.40pm post video and normal call which is only 3 times. While waiting for the consultation when contacted on the number of doctor the person answering the call was rude and abruptly hung up which i had informed the doctor during the call. Post consultation follow up the doctor replied after one day when i had to take a syrup which wasnt available for an alternative to check response was delayed and not proper information was conveyed.
