I had been consulting Dr. Unnikrishnan Nair for chronic nasal blockage and a constantly running nose for nearly 5 years. Early on, he had identified the deviated septum and sinus issue clearly — explaining exactly what was happening anatomically and why it was causing the recurring blockage. He recommended a Septoplasty, but I kept holding back, choosing medications and hoping things would resolve on their own.
