He is extremely competent in dealing with quite complex issues related to eye ailments. In our case, the optic nerve was found to be compressed by more than 80 percent and restoration of vision appeared to be a difficult proposition. But the skills, perseverance, competence and resolve of the Dr Kadam had made the difference, and now the situation is much better .

I reached at 11.00 AM sharp at my appointment type .Unfortunately doctor was busy with surgery and I have to wait more than 1 hour. Dr.Kadam is a leading doctor in this field since birth...He works hard with his team to render the topmost serives to the patient always...Whenever I visisited his clinic , I came out with self satisfaction, smiling face and with the feeling that I have stepped the best of my life.....I can't tell any more in his subscription in his field, which is very important in human beings life...

The Doctor was humble and he tackled our issue with great care, it was severe injury yet he made sure he could make it perfect and before. As his recommendation we had to go through two suregeries our of which one was done and we are fully satisfied it was very well done and we hope bt the end of second surgery the vision should be back.
