Dr is easily approachable. Explains the medical status in simple terms, easy to comprehend. Takes lot of care in communicating all the pertenent issues.
He is extremely competent in dealing with quite complex issues related to eye ailments. In our case, the optic nerve was found to be compressed by more than 80 percent and restoration of vision appeared to be a difficult proposition. But the skills, perseverance, competence and resolve of the Dr Kadam had made the difference, and now the situation is much better .
I strongly recommend for referral to Dr Kadam in in cases of eye complications.
