My mother had severe pain in her ear and after the diagnosis, Dr. Alka explained us the issue with a solution to it which not only helped eradicating the pain and infection from the ear but it had built a trust on her. The way she talks and treats the patient, itself cures 50% of the problem. She tries her best to treat the patient with almost no pain and hence, wins the heart.
