Done M.P.T in Sports Medicine from Punjabi University. Graduated from Pt. DDU-National Institute for Physically Handicapped. Clinical experience in assessing, diagnosing and rehabilitating patients with Musculoskeletal and Sports injuries. Certified practitioner in kinesiology taping, manual therapy and yoga therapy. Also having experience in antenatal and postnatal rehabilitation. Have been playing integral part in the treatment, rehabilitation and injury prevention of archery, hockey, basketball and weightlifting players with her comprehensive knowledge and clinical skills in pain management, mobilization and manipulation technique, myofascial release, minimal energy technique, electrotherapy, exercise prescription , ergonomics, soft tissue mobilization, pre and post operative rehabilitation.
