Bansal Dental Clinic, Zinc Smelter

My father get his wisdome tooth extraction from bansal clinic, *** **** ********* some part of tooth leave inside* **** ***** **** ***** ********* and again my father get his tooth extraction from another dentist.

And he is too too too much expensive...

Long waiting period...

Not satisfied with his service....

*** **** **** **** ****** ** ****** ** ************** * I have been having huge problems for two years following implant and prosthesis work. As this gentleman obviously does not care about the opinion of his clients, I had to redo my prostheses because the teeth were too small contrary to what I had asked for it cost me 151,500 Indian rupees in addition to the 450,000 rupees that I had already paid for work whose aesthetics had nothing to do with my request. Shortly after I started to have problems with inflammation in the gums and a growth was created causing intense pain. The prosthesis had to be redone and I found myself again with teeth that were too small and the inflammation returned immediately.********** ** ****** ******* **** *** *** *** ** **** ** ** **** ** *** **** ***** *** ******* ** ******* *** **** * ******* ****** **** *** **** ** *** ***** ** ******* ****** *** *** ******** **** ******* *** ** **** * ****** ** ****** **** ************ *** ********** *** *********** *** ****** ** ******* ** *********** ** *** **** ** ***** ****** * *** ** ***** *** ******* **** ****** ** ***** ***** **** ****** ** *** ******

My family and I have been going to him for a very long time. We visited him for the first time for my daughter's braces treatment. He sent her to his fellow doctor, *** ********** ******* *** ******* ** *** ********* *** did not check what equipment the doctor was using.

Despite this, we could not discontinue going to him because there is no other alternative in Udaipur 10-15 years back. During all these years, we felt that his treatment was satisfactory, however now it has become far from satisfactory.

Here are some of the pain points:

1- Long wait time: Despite taking appointment, he will keep us waiting (holds true for other patients too) for 60-120 minutes. He is completely unapologetic about it, and has not taken any measure to improve on this. This is highly unprofessional and a very ill marketing gimmick. We are extremely annoyed with this and expect him to learn how to respect patients time.

3- Very expensive treatment: ** **** *** ***** ********* ** *** ******** ** ***** ******** ** *** ***** His treatments have been extremely expensive ***** **** ********* **** **** *** **** ******** ** ****** ***** ******* - He charged us 4000 bucks for a tooth extraction, 500 bucks for an xray etc. His fee structure is beyond affordability for the mid income segment.

Overall we believe there is a long way to go in improving professional, fee structure and overall treatment satisfaction.
