With a good experience in the field ranging from conventional 3Dimensional Conformal Radiation Therapy, Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy, Image Guided Radiotherapy, VMAT / Rapid Arc /SBRT, SRS, SRT (X knife and Cyberknife VLSI) and Tomotherapy , He has setup my practice at Meenakshi Hospital , Tanjore. he ensure best of radiation therapy cancer treatment with quality care in Thanjavur and delta districts. His areas of Interest are :Evidence based good clinical practice, Organ preservation in Cancer Therapy, Treatment with Technical advances in Radiation therapy, Breast, cervical, Head and neck cancers,Brain tumors and GI Malignancies.Being the Head of the Department of Oncology, he has been instrumental in establishing the Brachytherapy Unit and a dedicated Day Care Unit for cancer patients at Tanjore. Being the lead , his involvement also extends to setting up SOPs for the the department , quality training programs in the NABH accreditation processes along with CAHO/QCI programs.As an additional responsibility, He deliver his role as an executive Editor of the monthly,Thanjavur Meenakshi Medical Journal, a registered print Medical journal that reaches more than 2500 doctors in Delta Districts of Tamil Nadu.
