Got relief but to a limited extent only. Exercises are too many and are not explained properly. Patient can neither remember nor it is possible to continue with so many exercises simultaneously for prescribed/long time period. They need to come out with more structured exercises regime to be followed by the patient

Dr. Swapnaja Joshi is treating me for the lower back pain and providing the Physiotherapy Sessions regarding the same. She has explained me the nature and cause of the pain in detail and also help me to understand how it can be reduced. She has given proper information on exercises and stretches and has proactively followed up to check whether I am feeling better or not, post the physio sessions/exercises. From Day1 of treatment, the back pain is reducing and I hope it will be cured at the end of this overall treatment period.
