I went to Nitin Sir when I developed a severe lower back pain. I couldn't even bend forward. He identified my problem that originated with my dopped shoulder on one side. The first day was intense he treated all muscles in my body compete after first day ly. At times I had pain but by end of session i was about 70% relieved. i was given exercises and follow up schedule
